Privacy
The short version: this website does not track you, and we collect almost nothing.
Counted Health CIC ("we") runs this website. Here is everything we do with information, in plain language.
What we collect
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us. That is the only personal information this website involves.
What we do not do
We do not use analytics trackers. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell, rent or share anyone's information with anyone. We do not build lists or profiles. Counted Health CIC also never collects research data about anyone, at our sessions or anywhere else. That is one of our founding rules.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies, except any that are strictly necessary for it to load. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
One thing this site does store, and it never leaves your device: if you change the text size using the control at the top of the page, your browser remembers that choice so you do not have to set it again. It is kept in your browser's own local storage, not in a cookie, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Emails you send us
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to reply and to run the organisation, then delete it. We will never add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.
Photos and quotes from sessions
We only ever use a photo of a person, or their words, with their written permission, which they can withdraw at any time by emailing us. Permission slips are the only personal records Counted Health CIC keeps, and they exist to protect the people in them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@countedhealth.org and we will do it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
